Position: Communication Publications Officer

General Description:
The Communications Department as well as projects and Area Development Programs (ADPs) require packages of publications such as reports, billboard, posters, toolkits, and promotional materials to disseminate its key messages to internal and external audiences, to proactively design and publish publications that are aligned with World Vision Cambodia’s (WVC’s) vision and mission and clearly reflect WVC’s Brand identity.


  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in media, communications, graphic design, IT or equivalent
  • At least Minimum 3 years experience as a professional graphic designer
  • Experience with designing for photo and video projects
  • Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experienced with Mac and PC computer platforms
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design

Position: Information & Communication Technology (1CT) Manager
Unit: General Service and Support Department
Location: Phnom Penh

General Description:
To provide strong, strategic leadership of our ICT unit that provides services to approximately 1000 users located in our national office in Phnom Penh, in 9 provincial offices and in 55 district offices across the country.

The ICT Manager will be expected to develop a new ICT strategy aimed at enabling World Vision Cambodia to make more effective use of technology, both in the community to support exciting development goals in our work with young people, and in the office to support more efficient and effective working. Other key responsibilities of the role include strengthening our ICT infrastructure to improve standards of security and availability, improving the quality and value of services delivered to users and providing effective monitoring. We are interested to hear from both Cambodian and International applicants.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field;
  • At least 5 years experience working in Information Technology, including 3 years in a managerial position;
  • Experience in ICT strategy development and implementation;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management to a unit of technical staff;
  • Experience with industry de facto standard client and server technologies and foundational networking and security protocols and concepts.

Position: Senior Manager for General Services and Support
Unit: General Services and Support Department
Location: Phnom Penh
Closing Date: 08 April 2013

General Description:
To strategically lead an integrated multifunctional team comprising the Administration, Information Technology, Procurement and Security units that leverages global practices and standards and delivers excellent services that effectively and efficiently contributes to our business and ministry outcomes.


  • At least 3 years of senior management experience in support service functions at a strategic leadership capacity
  • Master in Business Administration, Law or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and management experience in at least 2 of the 4 areas.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Khmer
  • Change leader, Customer focused, Performance Coach
